Alan and Gill extend a warm welcome to their seaside cottage situated on ‘The Wild Atlantic Way’ in the beautiful county of Clare on the West coast of Ireland.

On the doorstep, White Strand Beach (also known as Travaun) and The "Round" , a circular walk that captures the dramatic Atlantic at its best, are a stones throw from the house.

Nature is all around in this magical corner of County Clare. In the distance, the Aran Islands are visible as is a side view of the Cliffs of Moher and on very clear days the mountains of Connemara can be seen on the horizon to the north.

The well renowned town of Miltown Malbay - "The Home of Traditional Irish Music" is 1 mile away and a great place to enjoy the pubs with live music from local & visiting musicians.

Journey's End Bed & Breakfast is an ideal base from which to tour and visit Lahinch, Liscannor, The Cliffs of Moher, Doolin, the Burren and Ailwee Caves and to the south, Spanish Point, Doonbeg (Trump Golf Course), the cliffs of Kilkee, Loop Head Lighthouse and all the other places of interest County Clare has to offer.
